What is Trauma Touch Therapy™?
Trauma Touch Therapy™ (TTT) is a gentle, body-based approach created at the Colorado School of Healing Arts by Chris Smith for working safely with people who have experienced trauma.
Sessions use client-led touch, breath, and movement to help you reconnect with your body without re-triggering past experiences.
Boundaries and pacing are always in your control.
TTT supports body-based trauma healing within the massage therapy scope and can complement psychotherapy when appropriate.
Clients remain fully clothed, and all touch is negotiated and consent-based.
