What is Trauma Touch Therapy?

Trauma Touch Therapy™ (TTT) is a gentle, body-based approach created at the Colorado School of Healing Arts by Chris Smith for working safely with people who have experienced trauma.

  • Sessions use client-led touch, breath, and movement to help you reconnect with your body without re-triggering past experiences.

  • Boundaries and pacing are always in your control.

  • TTT supports body-based trauma healing within the massage therapy scope and can complement psychotherapy when appropriate.

  • Clients remain fully clothed, and all touch is negotiated and consent-based.
